Terms & conditions
Please read the following Terms & Conditions before you place your order.
1) A confirmation email will be sent back to you and the payment transfer must be made within 2 days from the date of confirmation email.
2) Orders will only be processed and sent to our clients upon full payment.
3) Changes to orders cannot be made after payment transfers are processed.
4) Orders cannot be cancelled once payment transfers are made. Payment transfers will not be re-fundable either in part or in full.
5)All purchases made are not refundable or ex-changeable as all items have gone through our strict QC check before reaching your hands.
6) Please check the size of your items carefully before confirmation. We will not make changes to the size of your item orders after payment transfers are made. (For some style that stated Free size, customer are welcome to check the detail measurement via email with us before your purchase^^)
7) Complimentary charges will apply for "normal mail delivery". An additional SGD$2.50 is added to sale orders sent to clients via "registered mail delivery".
8) Canterbury Bell WILL NOT be held responsible for any lost mail should you opt for normal mail delivery.
9) No reservation of items can be made.

For Singapore customers, payment methods are:ATM funds transfer/ i-banking (DBS/POSB).
Once payment is made, kindly email to canterburybell_fairy@ymail.com with the following details:
(i) Mode of transaction (ATM fund transfer to POSB Savings)
(ii) Transaction reference number
(iii) Transaction date & time
(iv) Amount transferred
For overseas customers, e-mail the URL or style no. of the item/s you like. A quotation will be done for you, inclusive of international postage. Paypal is accepted.
